Jimmy Willie Jones, Sr. of Baltimore, Maryland
passed at the age of 56 on August 19, 2017.

Jimmy Willie Jones Sr. was born March 24, 1961
in Baltimore, MD. to Mr. Luther Jones Sr. and
Mrs. Ellen Jones. He graduated from Southwestern
high school in 1979. As he grew older and became
his own person, Jimmy made friends everywhere

he went.

During the year of 1978, he and his family had
grown fond of a woman named Cynthia James -
who, later on, became the mother of his first two

daughters (Tyra & Teaira Jones).

He worked at Delmonte, a fruit and vegetables
warehouse - where he was rightfully promoted to a
supervisorial position, for the dedicated service
and time he invested into the business. Later, he
moved on to work for Lancaster. His hobbies
included DJ-ing and working on vehicles. He was
known to DJ, as the sound man, at Curley's Social
Club - as DJ Jimmy Jam, from the 1980's to

1990's. During those years, he also volunteered his
DJ skills and services for social events with J.e.

Productions and a local singing group called

Fabulous Friends.

During the year of 1992, Jimmy was married to
Phyllis Jacobs - who later became the mother of
his last two children, Tina and Jimmy Jones, Jr.

After a bad fall in 2006, he spent his final years at
Long Green Nursing Home until the Lord called
him home on August 19,2017.

Jimmy Jones Sr. is survived by: his wife Phyllis;
only son Jimmy Jr. (wife Jenifer); his daughters -
Tyra Jones (son in law Anthony), Teaira Jones,
and Tina Jones, his grandchildren, Zolliah; Kayla;
Jahari; McKenzee; Dahlin; Nahliah; his only
living brother Luther Jr.; his three sisters -

Margaret, Jaqueline and Mary; his three sisters-in-
law, Barbara, Mishon, and Coretha; his five
brothers-in-law; Henry, Curly, Lieutenant,
Charles, and Leroy - with a host of nieces,
