Joan Margaret Streeter affectionately known as Joanie, was born on

March 4, 1953 in Baltimore, Maryland. She is the daughter of Josephine

and John Brown who preceded her in death.

Joanie received her education in the Baltimore Catholic School System.

She gave her life to Christ at an young age.

Joan later worked in the Baltimore School System as a secretary for over

10 years.

In the 1960 's Joan finally met her soulmate the love of her life Charles

Garfield Streeter and they were joined together in marriage on July 21,

1973.

Joanie loved ping pong, she would work you on a ping pong table. She had

a love and passion for her kids and step kids. She also loved listening to

her music. Her smile and laughter brought happiness to us all that came

in contact with.

She is survived by: her husband, Charles Garfield Streeter; daughters,

China and Charmon; sons Charles, Rachard, Micheal and Christopher

Streeter; sisters-in-law, Veronica, Renee, Lola and Gloria; brothers-in-

law Avon and Rodrick; daughter-in-law, Catherine and a host of other

relatives and friends.
