There are some people we meet in life who leave a lasting impression on you. Joan Bouvier Talley was one of them. Joan was a kind, caring, loving, gentle soul, and had a smile that lit up the whole room. Joan B. Talley was born May 26, 1964 to Bernard Jackson and Mary M. Talley in Baltimore, Maryland. Joan departed this life on February 25, 2011 after a lengthy illness. She received her formal education in Baltimore County Schools. She began her career at Hechts and was employed at Nordstrom, Ballys, and Bank of America where she worked at the time of her death. Joan loved God and her family. She loved animals, music especially Prince, clothes, and the ocean. She leaves to cherish her legacy her mother Mary M. Talley, a sister La'Faithia D. Talley; brothers Michael and Donald Talley; two nieces Lydia and Marquita Whitney; grandparents Katherine and George Bucknor; her beloved cat Chloe, and a host of other relatives and friends.
