Joann Jackson , first twin child born to the late Wynona and Otis Jackson on June 6, 1956. On September 18, 2016 an angel was dispatched from heaven to usher her into the pre s ence of our Lord and Savior with a message . "Well done my good and faithful servant, your work on earth is done . Jesus is waiting for you, corne into your eternal rest. "

Joann was a loving person to her family and friends. Joann loved spending time with close relatives and chatting on th e phone daily with her best friend and first cousin, Barbra from Virginia . During the holiday's famil y and friends often gath ered and c elebrated at her horne. Joann had man y great tal e nt s and passions such as creating differ e nt t y pes of arts and c raft s , cooking , and babysitting all of h e r younger cousins and gr e at cousins. Joann most passionate tal e nt was crocheting bab y blank e ts for all her families' c hildr e n and Tia's dearestfriends.

At an early age Joann was bapti z ed and attended the Wa y land Baptist Chur c h , Baltimore, MD 21216. Joann was edu c at e d in the Baltimore Cit y Public School s g raduating clas s of W e st e rn High S c hool . Joann began her c ar ee r with the State of Mar y - land Department of Social Se rv i ces until h e r retirement .
