Joanne Douglas Love, was born on March 26, 1940 to the late Joe and Tinnie Douglas in Sanford, North Carolina and moved to Baltimore at an early age where she attended Baltimore City Public School. She was baptized and raised up in Shiloh Christian Community Church for 69 years. She was a faithful and very active member. She loved cooking, traveling, shopping, watching wres- tling and Joanne really enjoyed spending time with her grand and great-grand kids who kept her laughing all the time. She worked for Superior Uniforms until the company closed down. Later years she met David Love and they were later united in marriage in 1985. She worked for Red Roof Inn until she couldn't work no longer because she gotten ill. She leaves to mourn: her husband, David Love; two sons, Curtis Douglas and Michael Henley; two daughters, Verilyn Douglas and Sharon Williams; one brother, Mack Douglas of Baltimore City; two sisters, Louise Utley of Raleigh, North Carolina and Mary Penny of Fuquay, North Caroli- na; one daughter-in-law, Doris Douglas; one son-in-law, Arnold Williams; one sister-in-law, Shirley Douglas; six- teen grandchildren, twenty four great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends including devoted friend Ms. Flora Troutman.
