John Palmer Bullock Junior, son of the late John and Hannah Bullock,

was born on February 12, 1957 in Forte Meade, Maryland. He departed

this life on January 16,2019 after a battle with cancer.

John, also known as Chuck, received his education at Edmondson West-

side High School. Afterwards, enlisting in the military where he served in

Korea for the Army. After his service, he went on the work for Bendix

and then retiring from Norfolk Suffolk railroad as a train conductor. He

also spent several years selling cars. Chuck was a huge fan of the Balti-

more Ravens, cigars and his grandson. He will truly be missed!

He is survived by Step-Mother Ruby Bullock, daughter Hannah Bullock,

Grandson Cyncere Young, Brothers Marvin Daney and Kurt Graham, a

caring friend Kimberly Melvin and many loving aunts, cousins, nieces,

nephews and extended family. John was a loving father, grandfather, and

friend to everyone.
