Johnny Aiken , son of the late Johnny and Rosa Aiken, was born on April 29,
1943 in Columbus, South Carolina. He departed this life time on June 10,
2017 suddenly.

'Johnny Aiken , affectionately known as Pops, Pop-Pop was an individual who
would light up any room with that bright infectious smile and humorous
laugh. Johnny sense of humor and personality is what attracted everyone to
him. His all-time love was spending time with his wife, grandchildren, and
playing video games, as well. He has a love and passion for good food and a
great restaurant. A very thoughtful and caring person who had a heart of gold
and would give you the shirt off his back if he could.

'Johnny Aiken , obtained his High School Diploma at Columbia High School, in
South Carolina.

'Johnny Aiken , was united in Holy Matrimony on August 19, 2007 to the late
Alice Singletary- Aiken. He was the true definition of a loyal, loving, and
devoted husband. Despite facing his own health challenges, he never left one
stone un turned and remained dedicated in overseeing that his wife received
the best quality of care throughout her seven year lengthy illness. It was so
rare to see one without the other.

' Johnny Aiken , was preceded in death by his wife, (Alice Singletary-Aiken)
father, (Johnny Aiken), Mother (Rosa Aiken), Step- daughter (Athena Rose-
boro), brothers (James Albert Aiken, Leroy Samuel Aiken, Charles Aiken,
and Joseph H. Aiken), Sisters (Routine Swanigan and Nadine Williams).

Johnny Aiken , leaves to cherish his loving memories and carryon his legacy he
leaves Sons, Gregory Aiken (spouse Mildred Aiken), Demetreus McGregor
(spouse Alecia), Marcellus Singletary (spouse Tracey); daughter, Angellic
Carter (spouse Anthony); brother, (Roosevelt Aiken); sisters, (Addymae Hall
and Lottie Mae Hall); Sister-in-laws, (Violet Aiken and Josphine Shaw);
Brother-in-law, (Robert Singletary); Loving a devoted nephew, (Will Smith
Sr.); Loving and devoted niece, (Willette Smith); 14 grandchildren, Ashley
Aiken, Anita Aiken, Demetreus McGregor Jr, Sharday McGregor, Rachel
Damon, Tamia Yarborough, Juwan Yarborough, Jordan Terrell, Kevin Ter-
rell, Destiny Tames, Justice Terrell, Imani Tames, Kayla McGregor, and
Anthonette Carter; 7 Great Grandchildren, Tanashia, Aniyah, Kamora, Gavin,
Tejan- Yacouba, Esmee, and Lyric; Sister in Christ, Wanda and a host of other
nephews, nieces, relatives, extended family and friends.
