IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jonathan D.
Johnson, Jr.
October 1, 1992 – December 27, 2018
Jonathan David Johnson, Jr., affectionately known as "Little Jae" was the eldest child of Jonathan David Johnson, Sr. and Tina Johnson. Jae began his earthly journey on October 1, 1992 in Baltimore County, and ended this journey on December 27, 2018 after a brief illness.
Jae received his education in the Baltimore County Public School System, and upon graduating in 2010, he was gainfully employed by various local companies where he diligently served each in different capacities. Jae served for years as a volunteer with various church organizations and other groups-lending
support to provide food, clothing, and shelter to the homeless community.
Jae was quite athletic, enjoying hockey and baseball, and for three years, he started in the field and at bat for a city baseball team. Though not known by many, Jae later revealed another passion, an unyielding love of music that was encouraged through the gift of an electric guitar purchased by his father. Jae was a
self-taught musician which was displayed in him mastering the guitar. During his high school years, Jae started a rock band; he was the lead guitarist and composed several of the band's songs. Jae and his band performed throughout Baltimore, MD; his stage presence and showmanship made him a local personality, if not a lot of money, and he relished every moment!
Jae's gifts expanded beyond his music, that is, his loving personality and acceptance of all people and life in general. Jae was also known for his mischievous antics, inspiring humor, and infectious smile; truly, his family delighted in sharing special moments with him at every occasion. Then, there were those more dearing times shared with Grandmother Sandra, where Jae was often found having dinner at her home over conversations about life's challenges and life's blessings. As well, there were hidden moments and visits that Jae enjoyed with his Great, Great Grandmother Ethel, and his Great Grandmother Pearl where his antics energized them with laughter! No doubt, they all genuinely enjoyed one
Altliough Jae was still deciding upon his religious path to God, he visited the House of srael with his father as well as attended services with his mother and si ten at the Genesis Bible Fellowship Church in Baltimore, MD. Jae is survived b is fa er, Jonathan, Sr.; mother, Tina; sister, Angela; grandmother, Sandra
