Obituary

Joseph Tate Jr. was born September 6,1944 in Baltimore,
Md to the late Joseph & Ophelia Tate. He attended Carver Vo-Tech
High School. In his early teenage years, he traveled with the police
boys club with officer Brown and Officer Dickson. He was a great
athlete. He received several awards and trophies for boxing and ping
pong.

Joseph loved his oldie but goodie records he was always
dancing and having fun with his buddies. Joseph was employed at
several companies in Baltimore.

Joseph always had a love for God. On September 6,2001 he
accepted Jesus Christ as his lord and savior and became a member
of "the Lords Church".

Joseph met and married Eva Tate (who proceeded him in death) of
that union Renee and Joseph were born. Joseph was proceeded in
death by son Michael Carter and sister Lorraine Goode. He leaves
to cherish his memory daughter: Renee Tate (Joseph Anderson,
deceased), sons: Joseph Tate, Mitchel Carter, Timothy Carter,
Joseph Carter. Brother: Ronald Tate(Stacey), sisters: Martha Tate,
Julia Tate, Gloria Tate, Lavern Hamilton (John). A host of
grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and
friends, best friend Charles Douglas {mousey}
Joseph shared a very close relationship with his granddaughter
