Joseph Vincent Walker, son of Mary Elizabeth Horton and Joseph Walker, was born October 4, 1975 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life abruptly on March 25, 2012. He attended Baltimore Public Schools. He received a certificate of completion from the National /Forklift Drivers Association as a forklift operator. He loved and cherished his four children. We are sure his is now resting safe in his Mother's arms, she came back to get the Angel she left behind. He leaves to mourn; his grandmother, Henrietta Harrison; one daughter, Janaysha V. Walker; three sons, Jarnell V. Walker, Joseph V. Walker and Jaquan v. Walker, five brothers, Herbert and Rufus Datcher, Daniel Nicholson, Antonio Walker Rocky Mount, NC, and Joseph Walker Ferryville, MD;four sisters, Ruby Datcher, Saundra Blake, Lenora Fenwick, and Jackie Scott Alabama; one uncle William Clarence Himbry; three aunts, Lorraine Taylor, Lanita Ross and Sarah Phillips Rocky Mount, NC; two brothers-in-law, Troy Fenwick and Terry Blake; a Special friend, Tarsher Jones; and a host of other relatives and friends. Joe-Joe has gone home to be with those family members who preceded him in death; his mother, Mary Elizabeth Horton; his father, Joseph Walker, his daughter, Jeronica v. Walker; two brothers, James Edward Howard and Charles William Nelson; his sisters, Melody Denise Brown and Rosie Tunstall.
