A Time To Be Born... At 3:06 AM on the morning of June 2, 1950, our beloved Josephine Mack was born to the late Amy Jackson and Samuel Mack. She was a busy, curious and happy child. She was raised in a caring home and grew up in the South Baltimore community. A Time To Be Educated... Josephine received her education through the Baltimore City Public School System. A Time To Work... Josephine was a dedicated employee of the State of Maryland for thirty years. She worked at Mount Wilson, Spring Grove and RICA of Baltimore. A Time To Sow... Josephine, affectionately known as ''Jo'' to all who knew and loved her, and also ''Jo Creep'' to famil, was a funny, humorous, and joyous person to be around. You couldn't be in her presence and not laugh. She had a way of meeting any situation in life with humor. some of her favorite lines were ''...trouble don't last always...'', ''life ain't easy when you black and greasy and a girl named Jo...'' ''Grandma Jo' loved her children, especially her grandchildren. Her joy was cooking and watching old TV shows with her grandchildren. A Time To Love... She met and later maried the late John Jones on December 12, 1970. She was blessed with five children: Terrence, Jacquline, Julie, Nicole, and Lat'a. A Time To Serve God... Josephine attended John Wesley United Methodist Church in South Baltimore, where she attended Sunday school at an early age and received her Christian education. She was the type of erson who would go out of her way to make everyone feel happy and welcomed. She thoroughly enjoyed the music ministry of John Wesley. Her favorite song she loved to herr was ''I Can Depend On God'' In her later years, she dedicated her life to the Lord. A Time To Heal... during her illness, Josephine remained joyful and humorous when you visited her. She would leave you laughing and encouraged. During the latter days of her illness, Josephine told her family she was going on the norning train, becasuse the evening train will be too late. On the morning of Thursday, December 29, 2005, at 5:55 AM, she took her seat on that train and rode into eternity. A Time To Cherish Her Memories...
