Jowyna Wilson Daniel was born on January 24, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland.. She departed this life on May 11, 2010, after a lengthy illness. Jowyna received her education through the Baltimore City Public School System. She continued her education at Loyola College. She was later inducted into the Baltimore Women's Entrepreneurship Organization. At an early age, Jowyna attended Morning Star Baptist Church under Pastor Nathaniel Wicks. Jowyna later became a member of Shiloh Christian Community Church under Pastor Jimmy C. Baldwin, Sr. where she became a member of the Nursing Auxilary. She also enjoyed fellowship with friends in Christ under Pastor Tyrone M. Thomas at Charity Community Church of God. Always seeking to give God the honor for all blessings. Jo, as she was lovingly referred to was a prayer warrior and kept in close cohort with her childhood friend and friend in Christ, Mrs. Kathleen Moseley, who said, ""Jo has a direct line to the Master. Jowyan had been employed by various real estate coporations and was lastly employed at Bank of America. Jo had a wonderful smile and commanding personality, with a heart of gold. She was always helping everyone she encountered who may need her assistance. She leaves to mourn; two devoted sons, Sean and Jamaal Daniel; stepson Gerrod Daniel; mother and father; James and Mary Johnson; two sisters, Marilyn Kelley and Mary Lemon; two brothers-in-law, Rodney Kell and Tony Lemon; three nieces, Kedra nd Jonae Bennett, Kim Snow; nephew, Talil Rogers; great-niece, Shanteese Pittman; a special aunt, Queenie Lewis and her family; and a host of other nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
