Joyce Monique Blair was born April 13, 1970 at City Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland to Frank Blair and the late Ida Mae Davis. She departed this life for eternal rest on October 10,2016.

Joyce was educated in the Baltimore City Public School system and attended Southern High School. Joyce was known for her generous heart, offering shelter at her home whenever someone needed help and support. A true Baltimorean, Joyce loved seafood and was happiest when surrounded by family and friends at the many gatherings she attended. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh.

Joyce's sister, Karen Davis, predeceased her. Joyce leaves behind to mourn her passing her loving son Ronald Frank Thompson; her father, Frank Blair; her brother, Audie Blair. Sr.; a nephew, Audie Blair, Jr.; and two nieces, Miayana and Markia Johnson. She will also be missed by her extended family and many friends.

Joyce's kind spirit and thoughtfulness will leave a legacy through the people who knew and loved her. She was adored. cherished, and appreciated.

Joyce passes away to join her mother and other family members who predeceased her. As we gather to reflect on Joyce's life, we will remember her spirit and many good works.
