Joyce Linda Hough, daughter of Edward Bishop and the late Virginia Bishop, was born June 25, 1942 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on March 26, 2006 following a sudden illness. Joyce was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools. She devoted her life to her family. She loved to watch soap opers and listen to her oldies but goodies on the radio. She was known to be a very outspoken person. She leaves to cherish her loving memory: her father, Edward Bishop; two sisters, Janice Crocket and Carolyn Hough; son, Edward Hough; three daughters, Pamela and Elizabeth Hough a nd Tammy Morgan; son-in-law, Reginald Morgan; four brothers-in-law, Marvin and Roderick Hough, Billy ryant and Franklin Crocket; thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
