Julia Purnell was born on January 29, 1937 to Warnie and Ethel Miller. She departed this life on November 5, 2014. She received her education from the Baltimore Public Schools. Later she met and married William Purnell Sr. They were married for 56 years, when she lost her husband last year. Julia loved her jewelry, and attending flea markets. She is survived by two brothers, Peter and Rufus Miller; three sons, Michael Miller, William Purnell Jr.(Carolyn Holden), and Mark Purnell (Barbara Gallop, Jeannie Herbert); five grand kids, LiZ Mark, Ka'ron, Marcel, Lil Will and Keisha Purnell and a host of other relatives and friends.
