Julius Douglas Small, son of the late Carrie Mae Small was born August 16, 1943 in Lynchburg, South Carolina. He departed this life April 22, 2014. He received his early education in Lynchburg, Sc. At the age of 16 he relocated to Long Island, New York. He lived with his aunt and uncle the late Margret and James Shaw. He worked as a maintenance man for many years with his uncle James. In 2008 he relocated to Baltimore to spend his last years with his baby sister, Elizabeth Johnson until his death. He always had a new name for close friends and family members. He leaves to mourn: one sister, Elizabeth Johnson; four nieces, Della Mary, Lorrine, and Monique and a host of nephews, and many family members and friends. Memorial Service Joseph H.
