Russell was educated in Baltimore Public Schools until he enlisted in the Navy.

Junior loved riding Motorcycles with his Club the "Banderleros." He also loved to raise animals. Dogs, cats, birds, turtles, exotic tropical fish, rabbits, and chickens. (yeah chickens too) He was known tobringhome any animal in the deadofnight.

He worked various jobsinhis lifetime: Post Office, the Afro, Granite company and lastly formed his own chauffeur LLCupon retirement.

He leaves in passing: Jacqueline Sanchez (sister); twodaughters,TeresaDeshields-Eades, Colleen DeShields, son Kevin DeShields;grandchildren, Michael, Demetria, Darius, Morgan Stephanie,Tyrese KevinJr. Great grands Tahlil, Gabrielle, Danielle, Tarche', Keona, Keron,Nicho-las and Asia Lisa. Great Great Grands, CharLii, Chayce,DaeLynn,Keron Jr. Austin, Ayden, Aubree, nieces andnephews, Banderleros,anda host offriends.
