Karen L Cunningham daughter of the late Lucy and William Cunning-
ham was born on June 16, 1953 at Duke Hospital in Durham, North Carolina.
She departed this life on October 11, 2017 after a lengthy illness.

She received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools. Later on,
she went back to school and received a certificate in medicine. She worked
numerous jobs until she became ill.

She loved to sing, laugh and talk about old times. Karen made numerous
friends. They all knew her for her beautiful smile. She will be sincerely
missed by everyone.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Tyson bka Lissette.

She leaves to mourn: three sisters, Teresa Hale, Deborah Cunningham and
Maragaret Thompson; four brothers, Kevin Cunningham, Ernie Cunningham,
Anthony Cunningham and Malcolm Cunningham; lifetime companion, John
Garrett; a very special friend, Murt and host of nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends.
