Kathy Cozette Cooper , daughter of the late Frederick Washington and the late Patricia Cooper was born on June 19, 1961. Kathy transitioned to eternal rest on April 30, 2017.

Kathy was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. Shortly after graduation, Kathy continued her education and became a certified nursing assistant. With her skills she was able to work numerous jobs in the nursing field in caring for others, for several years.

In July 19_ Kathy gave birth to the love of her life NATALIA. Kathy loved being with family and friends. She was the life of the party dancing her dance and talking her talk. She would always offer to make her famous potato salad to serve at any event.

Kathy had a great love for her sons .... Oops! I meant Grandsons LOll!! There was not anything that she wouldn't do for her boys.

Kathy leaves to cherish her memory: her loving daughter, Natalia Finch; son that she helped to raise, Kyle Cooper; grandsons, Daion, Rieo, and Blake. Her life partner Towanda Hill; her siblings: Larry, Kenyatta, Crystal, Karol, Cynceray, Kenneth (Khalil), Jacquelyn, Bernadette, Lutfee, Kenneth (Mary), Ronald and Gilbert; her very special Auntie/Mom, Barbara Reid, three Aunts: Ruth Kelly, Florence Higgins and Nettie Reid; one uncle, Tyrone Cooper and a Host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
