Keith Sylvester Howard was born to the late Clarence Howard and Irene Howard on April 19, 1957, in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on February 19, 2025. Keith was the eldest of 4 siblings, Karen Pack, Patricia Howard, Sean Coles and Kishe Howard. He received his early education in the Baltimore City Public School System. He began his employment with the University of Maryland Medical Center in 1977 and was employed with the hospital for 47 years until his untimely passing.

Keith became a father in December of 1975 to his only son, Keith Howard, Jr. Keith enjoyed spending time with his family. He was an avid soul food cook who also enjoyed eating crabs all year Cong. Keith loved playing his old school jams. His playlists were awesome. He was a devoted father, son, brother and a true friend to many. Keith was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Post 19 where he gained several friends and enjoyed many social gatherings. Keith will be missed by all.

Keith leaves to mourn his mother, Irene Howard; his son, Keith Howard, Jr. (Celeste Howard-wife); his siblings, Karen Pack, Patricia Howard, Kishe Howard and Sean Coles; his grandsons, Khalif Howard and Keith Howard, III; his nieces and nephews, Kyra, Taylor, Todjai, Aleyiah, Todd, Tobias and Jayce; A Godson, Larry Saddler, Jr. and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
