Obituary

Kennedy Hawkins Son of the Late Mary and Roosevelt Hawkins Sr., was born
on January 17, 1962 in Baltimore Maryland. He departed from this world
suddenly on January 12,2019.

Kennedy graduated from Frederick Douglass High School. He worked at
various jobs thorough his life, but his most treasured job was putting his great
nephew Arden on the school bus every morning.

Growing up Kennedy enjoyed playing basketball, pool, and enjoyed singing.
He formed deep friendships with whoever he met and expressed love for those
he valued. Kennedy loved all his siblings very dearly and always stressed the
importance of family and sticking together. He loved working and taking care
of his nieces and nephews, which he took great pride in. He most enjoyed
helping others in need.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two sisters,
Maryann and Mable and three brothers; Alfonzo, Roosevelt Jr., Woodrow
Hawkins and a special brother Jack McCoy.

To cherish his memory Kennedy leaves one living sibling, Virginia Hawkins
and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; one sister in
law Florence Hawkins; two special friends Michael Kevin McClain (who also
preceded him in death) and Mrs. Diane Parker; a host of cousins, other
relatives and friends.
