KEON MAURICE CARTER (a.k.a. "Rambo") was born on September 4, 1993 to Kenneth Carter Sr. and Sharron Rollins in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life suddenly on Friday, January 3, 2014. Keen received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. He enjoyed attending the Wee Pal Daycare Center and after- school program. During his pre-school and elementary school years he also attended the Cahill Cultural Arts Program. In his high school years he attended Walbrook Business and Entrepreneur School where he majored in business management. His dream was to own his own car dealership.
