KEON MAURICE CARTER (a.k.a. "Rambo") was born on September 4, 1993 to Kenneth Carter Sr. and Sharron Rollins in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life suddenly on Friday, January 3, 2014. Keen received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. He enjoyed attending the Wee Pal Daycare Center and after- school program. During his pre-school and elementary school years he also attended the Cahill Cultural Arts Program. In his high school years he attended Walbrook Business and Entrepreneur School where he majored in business management. His dream was to own his own car dealership. Keon leaves to cherish his memory: father, Kenneth Carter Sr.; mother, Sharron Rollins; brothers, Kentrel, Tyrone [r., Landan and [oshuaa (Kenneth Carter Jr. preceded him in death); sisters, Brittany, Brandy, Keena, Misa, Tyshaae, Toshiba and Nia; grandparents, Norm and Anthony Rollins Sr., Andrew Richardson (grandparents Louise and Lee Carter, Esther and Herman Middleton preceded him in death); great- grandmother, Annie Wynn; aunts, Sharon, Cindy, Kim, Tracy, Dolly and Sharron; uncles, Douglass, Greg, Anthony [r.; special cousins, Tyrell, Antonio, Avery, [alen, Trina, Dawvan, Tamall, Lakia, Shakia, Tyshay, La shay, Davon, Tanisha, Shaquanda, Chasity, Jordon, Daryl, Kobe, Destiny and Imani; his dearly departed cousin, [ordasha Rollins; nieces, Kennedy and Morgan; nephew, Kentrel [r.; godfather, Michael Cooper; and a host of other relatives and friends.
