Kevin Coleman Chaffin entered into eternal rest on June 14, 2022,
after a long battle with illness. Kevin is the son of Thomas Coleman Chaffin and
JoAnn (Matthews) Chaffin, was born on March 24, 1964, in Baltimore, Maryland.
Kevin received his education in Baltimore City public schools, served
in the military (Army), and went on to earn an Associates degree in Graphic
Design from what is now the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). He
worked in graphic design, creating schematics using computer-aided design
(CAD) technology for many years, and later worked in federal government se-
curity services.
Kevin leaves to cherish fond memories: loving and devoted parents,
Thomas Chaffin and JoAnn Chaffin; sister, Brandi Victoria Gladden (Kenneth
Andre); fraternal twin brother, Keith Coleman Chaffin; paternal grandmother
Maym Chaffin; aunts Patricia Peterson, Karolyn Chaffin; Elayne Smith (Ronald);
nephew Peerce Rayner Gladden; niece Cierra Andrea Gladden; and a host of
loving cousins and life-long friends.
