KEVIN BIRL NAPIER was born on October 5, 1953 in South Hampton County, VA to the late Joseph and Carlitha Napier. On July 28, 2014, Kevin was called Home to Glory. Kevin was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather; and the comedic backbone of the family. Kevin received his formal education through the Baltimore City public school system. Throughout his life, he worked as a contractor, at various jobs. He acknowledged God at an early age, and continued his fellowship, throughout his life, by attending several local churches. Kevin was an outgoing person who lived life to the fullest. He would brighten up any situation with his kind-hearted demeanor. His humor, which was quite infectious, would lift your spirit and remind us that a merry heart is good for your soul. He was an avid sports fan, and he loved his oldies but goodies songs. He married his childhood sweetheart Marian McDougal (whom he affectionately called Goldie). Kevin leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Marian; three sons, Piccolo, Nicholas and Kevin; his beautiful daughter, Terease; his e. loving granddaughters and grandsons; three stepsisters, Barbara, Beverly and Brenda; a host of other relatives and friends.
