Obituary
Kevin Gregory Parham aka "Boxx" was born on the 22nd of November, 1966 at Lutheran Hospital in Baltimore City to Deborah A. Randall of Baltimore, MD and Larry C. Parham of Baltimore, MD.
Kevin was raised in the Village of Purnell (VOP) in Northwest Baltimore; where he attended Baltimore City Public Schools. As a child he was involved with the Scouts and played little league baseball.
In Kevin's travels he has met many people; but the friends from VOP were lifetime friends
Kevin is survived by his mother, Deborah Randall, father Larry Parham, sister, Angela Randall, maternal uncle, Joseph Clark, and maternal cousin Marsha Blackwell; Monica Whalen and a host of family and friends to mourn.
