Kevin Terrell Pullen aka "Pops" was born on March 28, 1958, in Raleigh, North Carolina to the late Bobby Terrell and Louise Dubois Pullen. He was
the oldest of four children. His siblings were Judith and Brian(who passed on before him) and Gary Pullen. Kevin departed this life on September 17, 2024 after a lengthy illness.

Kevin had an enormous selfless nature and he had a great concern for family and friends. So much that his most notable words were "Are you good?" followed up by "if you need me, call me." Those who knew Kevin knew that these words were not disingenuously spoken. These were words spoken with genuine love, concern, and true
intent.
Kevin attended Public school and in June of 1976, he graduated from Southern High school. He also attended Dundalk Community College,
where he played basketball. Kevin joined the U.S Marine corps in 1983. Sometime after, Kevin became employed with Baltimore City Healthy Start, were he worked for over 20 years, until his illness would no longer allow him to work. His last position there was Facility Manager.
Some of Kevin's favorite pastime pleasures were playing basketball and football and also watching football games with family and friends. Kevin
also loved and took great pride in the up keep and maintenance of his grandfather's lawn.

On April 26, 1989 Kevin's first and only child Dominique D. Staton was born. And as life would have it, on August 4, 1998, Kevin met his life long
loving companion and friend Debora Cheatham whom he nick named "Reds." She had two sons of her own, Sharod and Jamal. Kevin and Debora fell in love and were married on June 5, 2010 and they became a blended family.
Kevin was a loving and devoted husband, a present, loving and giving father, step father, grandfather, son-in-law and friend.
