Kimberly Michelle Washington-Waters, daughter of the late William Perry and Bertha White, was born on October 9, 1969 in Baltimore, Maryland. Kim, as she was affectionately known departed this life on May 23, 2016.

She received her 'education in the Baltimore City Public School System. Kimberly attended the School of the Prophet under the leadership of Bishop Rodney S. Walker-Another Touch of Glory Ministries, which she graduated in May 2006. Also she attended Heart of America Bible College completing general study in Theology in May 2010. Kimberly was employed with the Housing Authority of Baltimore City for many years. Later, she attended Baltimore City Community College, from where she earned an Associate degree in Social Work.

Everyone she encountered, she would give them a shoot of hope leaving them empowered . She never hesitated to pray or to give a word of the Lord. Her strength and determination enabled her to overcome the many obstacles she faced in life and help other's through theirs. She was dedicated, devoted and determined to succeed in life . Kimberly was extremely loyal to her children, family and the ministry. Her favorite scripture was Romans 8:28 "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God , to them who are the called according to HIS purpose. "

She was preceded in death by her father, William Perry and late step father, Curtis White and is survived by sons, Gregory Jones and Rashik Ali; daughter, Monet Williams; mother, Bertha White; two sisters, Melissa Carter and Mya Jones; brother-in-law, Carlton Carter; grandsons , Gregory Jones III and Kyle Jones ; grand daughter, Kayla Jones; nieces, Courtney Jackson, Nicole Jackson and Kimya Ward; nephew . Leroy Bess;childhood bestfriend, Tina Shiver and host of other relatives and loving friends. Her enormous personality, wealth of selflessness and friendly smile will be
sorely missed .
