LAMAR LORENZO FOY, son of Leon L. Foy Sr. and Leslie D. (Williams) Foy, was born on January 29, 1994 in Baltimore, Maryland. Lamar departed this life on Wednesday October 8, 2025.

He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System.

Lamar was very interested in fashion and food. He was an apprentice for Hirsch Electric Co. for two years, Landscaper for Foy's Lawn Service, and at the time of death he was employed with DPW/ Sanitation.

He leaves to mourn his girls, Laeonna and Chaeonna; parents, Leon and Leslie; fiancée, China Sheppherd; grandparents, Leonard Sr. and Lelia Foy; uncle, Leonard Foy Jr.; brother, Leon Foy Jr.; sister, Olandra; stepmom, Delvonna; great aunts, Laura Christopher, Mary Jones, Mildred Savage, and Celia Fuller; great uncles, Henry Holley Sr., Lamont Thomas, Lawrence Thomas; and a host of cousins and friends.
