Larcellous Sheard was born January 5, 1964 to Hazel Louise Holman- Boulware and Larcellous Sheard in Baltimore, Maryland. Larcellous, affectionately known as" Jimmy", passed away unexpectedly on July 20, 2017.

Jimmy was educated in the Baltimore City public school system. He was very intelligent and quick to learn something new. He graduated from Douglass High School in 1981. He sought further education and graduated from the Community College of Baltimore (Associate in Arts Degree in Allied Human Services) and he was pursuing his Bachelors degree in Social Work at Coppin State University when he passed. Jimmy worked as a substance abuse counselor at Johns Hopkins Bayview.

Jimmy was raised as a Jehovah's Witnesses. He was inactive in the faith for many years, but he always believed Jehovah's word, the bible. He always acknowledged that Jehovah was the Almighty God and Jesus Christ was his Savior. In recent years and at the time of his unexpected passing, he had made his way back to the truth and to Jehovah God.

Jimmy married Traci Frederick in August of 2015. They met on the job .and became one union. They shared similar interests and Traci said they were in a good space when he passed away.

Jimmy's concept of family extended beyond the boundaries of his home. He embraced family and friends with his cheerful disposition, generous spirit, sweet temper and tender heart. He was described as full of life, funny, caring and loving. He loved to be with his family and he loved to eat. Jimmy was a die hard Ravens and Orioles fan. Each chapter of his life's book was rich in love, goodness and mercy. His time with us wrote rich memories and painted beautiful pictures that death could never erase. We look forward to greeting him in paradise.

Jimmy's indelible imprint will forever exist in the minds and hearts of his wife, Traci Sheard and four stepchildren, Whitney Steele (Craig), Kenneth Persons, Jordan Davis (Angel), Sasha Frederick; his brothers, Council A. Boulware (Cynethia), Bruce Boulware (Elsie); his sisters, Aubery L. Boulware, Claudia B. Crosby, Vanessa Mallard and Angela Sheard; his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great and nephews (they all loved their Uncle Shim Shim, he will always be our general nuisance); his brother-in-law, Todd Greenleaf; sister-in-law Scotti Greenleaf and a host of other family and friends. Jimmy was proceeded in death by his parents, Larcellous Sheard and Hazel Holman-Boulware, and his sister, Barbara Woodson.
