Latessa Ellen Dargan, daughter of Catherine (Pam) Dupree and Earl Bradford, was born on February 18, 1971 in Baltimore, Mary- land. She departed this life suddenly on August 31, 2015. Latessa, aka Tessa, received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. She attended George McMechen School #177, where she graduated in 1992. After her time in school, she attended St. Peter's Adult Learning Center. Latessa enjoyed going to St. Peter's and was there for 23 years until her sudden passing. She loved everyone. There was anyone that she didn't touch with her love and sweet, caring personality. Everywhere she went and everyone she met, she left an impression- able mark on their heart. In her early to late 20's, Tessa attended Mt. Nebo Holy Church. She loved "Brother Gordon" as she always said. She was excited every time the church van came to pick them up in Westport. Everyone at Mt. Nebo loved Tessa and somebody always had a fond memory of their own of what Tessa would say or do. Tessa leaves to mourn: her parents, Catherine Dupree and Earl Bradford; her beloved sister, Robin Dargan; her uncle, Curtis Du- pree; and her aunt, Deborah Dupree; as well as a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
