Leon Evans was born March 4, 1966 in Baltimore, Maryland.
She departed this life suddenly on February 26, 2018.

Tarsha received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools.

Tarsha is what we called her, was a sweetheart most times. But she
was always liked and or loved by everyone she knew or met. You'd
enjoyed her company, she made you laugh and she could piss you off
but that was our Tarsha whom we will miss like crazy and never forget.

daughters, Rayonna Staten and Tyonna Carter; daughter-in-law, Kenya
Staten; aunts, Joyce Hammond and Elizabeth Blair; uncle, Nathaniel
Evans; nieces, Latoya Bernard and Diamond Willis; nephew, Alvin
Norris; cousins, Shannon Harris, Shasta Lee, Shana Madison, Kevin
Jones and many other cousins, relatives and friends.
