Latoya Lakeisha Spencer was born on June 2,
1981 in Baltimore, Maryland to her parents Kerney Spencerand the late Paulette Toomer-Spencer. She was their only
daughter. Latoya departed this life suddenly and unexpectedly onMarch 26, 2022.
Latoya a.k.a Moosie grew up on Montford Avenue in East
Baltimore and was loved by her community. She received her
formal education in the Baltimore City Public School System.
She raised three beautiful children with the help of her mother
Paulette who was alwaysstrong, supportive, and loving.
Moose was a proud member of the Baltimore East Siders
Marching Band. She loved marching and dancing and her foot
work was outstanding. She loved music and could always be
heard singing songs from her favorite artist Anita Baker. Her
favorite things to do were spending time with her grandkids, her
nephew/ son, partying, having a good time with family and
friends, and cooking. During the holidays and special events, she
would always cook her tasty food. Moosie's second favorite thing
to do was to watching football. Who could forget how much she
loved dem Ravens? She was truly a diehard Ravens fan.
