On June 19, 2015 the Lord saw it was time to bring one of His Angels home. No more pain and suffering, time to rest in His arms. Laura was born October 30, 1937 to the late Lacale Gray and the late Ernest L. Gray. She received her education in the Early Heights, MD School System. She later worked at Harbor Hospital, a job she enjoyed. She lived in Cherry Hill where she raised her family and had a very close friend. Momma, as her children called her, loved to visit her Aunt Lee that lived in New York. Momma would drive all the way there to visit the family. Laura leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, Charles S. Jones and Darryl M. Melvin (Joyce); two daughters, Mrs. Janice Keemer (Terry) and Mrs. Alicia Clea (Umar) all of Baltimore, MD; one sister, Patsy Monroe and a very special cousin/sister; Louise Wells, 9 grands, 17 great grands and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
