On March 16,2016, God called to rest LAVERNE THERESA WISE, the
daughter of the late Betty and Charles Wise. Born on July 9,1957 in
Baltimore, Maryland.

She was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System.
Upon completion of her education, she was employed at Walter P. Carter
Elementary School for over 30 years. During her time there she worked
various positions and was a mentor to all.

Laverne had a special love for playing cards (especially for
money), collecting watches and doing crossword puzzles. Besides
having a love for many different activities, she also had an in house
corner store that everyone loved. She was a peoples person who had a
passionate love for her family and children.

On November 24,1996 she was blessed from God with her
"Miracle Baby" Ny'Zha Wise who she loved dearly.

She leaves to cherish her memory: 1 daughter: Ny'Zha Wise. 3
brothers: Dennis Wise, Branch Wise, Frank Wise. 3 sisters: Leatrice
Anderson, Betty Anderson, Esther(Rita) Anderson. 72 nieces and
