On December 30, 1964, a beautiful baby boy was bom to Paula and Lawrence Huggins, they named him Lawrence Wilbert Huggins Jr. Lawrence was raised in Baltimore, MD, reared in the church, and was baptized at an early age. He was educated in the Baltimore Public School System and was a graduate of Forest Park High School class of 1982. Lawrence was a faithful and supportive member of the S.O.W. Ministries Church of Lancaster, Texas under the leadership of Pastor Earl Potts.
