Leasia Aziyha Carter, was born to Octavia Brown and Wilbert Carter on January 12,2013 in Baltimore Maryland. God and His infinite love saw it fit to change Leasia' s address on Monday, June 22,2015.
Leasia was a blessing from her conception. She was a joyful baby. Leasia enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved acquiring memories with her mother and brother Ja'bree. In the house bullying him to give her a piggy back ride or fun in the sun at the Playground.
Leasia was very photogenic. She and her sister Latia enjoyed spending quality time taking pictures. Although very young Leasia favored her sister, Shayla. Leasia was very intelligent. She knew which one of her parents to manipulate for what it was she wanted. She would throw a temper tantrum if she didn't get her way. She was very friendly and a peoples person. However she was choosy about who she allowed to hold her. She had two grandmothers, Audrey and Lisa who she loved a great deal and they would do anything to see her smile.
