Lee Ethel Hall, daughter of the late William Hall and Ethel Vann, was born on July 17, 1940 in New York City, New York. She departed this life on March 4, 2014, after a lengthy illness. Lee moved to Baltimore, MD with her daughter, Mary (Sheila), after the loss of her grandmother, Lee Anna Bell, in 1967. So many people welcomed us into their hearts and home, with genuine love as their family, and they are still here today. Lee graduated with honors as a cosmetologist from Apex Academy, Penn- sylvania A ve., Baltimore, MD in 1969. She had a gift for styling hair-long, short, thin or none. There were many hair styles and stories that left her shop, and your hair was done, too! Her hair creations won her numerous awards at several Trade Shows around town. Lee joined and became a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Park Heights Community from 1971 to present. Lee earned her GED in March 1985,fulfilling all requirements, graduating with high honors, and yes, the partying followed. That was Ms. Hall: party over here, party over there. She later enjoyed her travels to Europe with her daughter (who she encouraged to join the Army) and grandchildren from 1986-1990. Yes, and you know it-she partied over there too. Upon returning to the United States, she was hired at the Fort Meade Burger King, where she gave 15 years of devoted and faithful service till 2008. Lee made numerous friends wherever she went and will be sincerely missed by ev- eryone who met her. Once you met Lee, you would remember her always for the things she said or did around you. She left an everlasting impression and was the life of any party. She was always a true friend. You could not have found or had a better friend who gave unselfishly from her heart. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother, from the old, old school. When you got a spanking, you knew you were spanked because it was hard to sit down. Whatever you did, you dared not think about doing it again. Tough love had meaning. She often said "I brought you here and I will take you away." Rolling of the eyes was forbidden. She leaves to mourn: one brother, Lenora Hall; her daughter, Mary Hall Gray; one grandson, Bryan M. L. Williams; two granddaughters, Crystal M. 1. Gray and Tionne E. A. Green; three great grandchildren, Bryan M. L. Williams Jr., Ma'ryah Skyy Baynard, and Myles D. B. Williams; and a host of special friends and extended family. Special tribute to the "Golden Girls", Susie C. Edwards, Viola A. Keene and Valerie J. Newmuis. A special thanks to Carroll Williamson, who often ran errands for Lee. Memorial Service Joseph H.
