Leona Thompson daughter of the late Arthur Johnson and
Mary Collins was born on September 1, 1921. She was called
home to be with her Heavenly Father on April 14, 2018.

She received her education in the Baltimore City Public School.
She was an employee at Johns Hopkins Hospital and retired in
the year of 1969.

Leona was united in marriage with the late Charles W. Thompson
on the day of December 28, 1966.

Leona was a very kind and loving person who was always there
when you needed her; always ready to give you a smile. She loved
to read the bible and listen to gospel programs. God blessed her with
97 years on this earth, before He called her home to be with Him.

She leaves to mourn: Dorothy Anderson and Barbara Thorton, cousins,
and a host of relatives and friends. She will be sincerely missed by all.
