Leona Mary Williams, bornin Orange County, Virginia to the late Ella and Edward Nickens on February 15, 1918. On October 26, 2088, God plucked a flower from his earthly garden and called Leona home after a lenghty illness. Educated in the public system of Orange County, Virginia she loved spending time with family and friends and later worked for Baltimore Washington International Airport. She leaves to mourn: her loving son James Nickens, daughter-in-law Inez of Broadway, North Carolina, sister Thelma Lane of Washington, DC; seven grandsons, Harold, Ricardo, Lloyd, Kenneth, jamesTara and Dorian, three granddaughters Ruby Chubby, Leona and Arlene, eight great-grandchildren; Aaron, Talea, Tyler, Tony, Chacarri, Christopher, Kellen, Janine, Dorian, Johnathan, Matthews, Kenneth, Andre and Damein.
