Leroy Greene, 65, passed away on June 1,2016,
in Baltimore, Maryland after a long battle with cancer.
He was born October 24, 1951, to Edith Ellis in
Durham, North Carolina and moved to Baltimore as a
child of 3 years old. Leroy volunteered his services to
the United States Army. As part of the Army Corp of
Engineers, he served in Vietnam. On May 7, 1994,
he married Lillian Greene.

Survivors include his brother Robert Ellis, his wife
Lillian; his step-children, Evange1a Reed of Baltimore,
MD, Lisa Kyler of Baltimore, MD, Stephanie Spencer
of Baltimore MD, Kevin Kyler of Baltimore, MD and
Michaelena Kyler of Germantown MD; 13
grandchildren Joshua, Gregory, Kristen, Travis, Kenya,
Jessica, Johnathan, Kyra, He1sie, Lane and Michael;
and 16 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his grand
granddaughter Moneque Gibson and great grandson
Justin Willis.
