LILLIAN E. RICHARDSON, daughter of the late James and Hester Gregory, was born on March 11, 1936 in Drake Branch, Virginia. She departed this life on September 9, 2012 after a lengthy illness. She came to Baltimore, Maryland in 1939. She was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. She graduated from Frederick Douglas High School in 1957 and attended Carver Vocational Technical Night School and received a certificate for Nursing Assistance. She worked as a Nurse's Aide in Nursing Homes; then began working as a Seamstress at the Londontown Manufacturing Company for twenty-six years, from which she retired. She married the late James E. Richardson and from this union two children were born, James Jr. and Natalie. She enjoyed taking weekend trips, attending parties and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed bowling with the London Fog Bowling League. She leaves to mourn: one son, James Richardson, Jr.; one daughter Natalie Richardson; daughter-in-law, Sheila Richardson; four sister, Wille Bea Bryan, Clara Harris, Gracie Skipper and Annie Anderson; two brothers, James Gregory and Charles Gregory; grandchildren, Rene' Robinson and Robin Anderson; three great-grandchildren; niece, nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
