Linda D. Hightower, daughter of Margaret Hightower (Peggy) and the late Louis Hightower Sr., was born on January 8, 1956 in Baltimore, MD. Linda received her formal education in the Baltimore City Public School System. She graduated from Edmondson High School in 1975. She continued to further her studies at Morgan State University College. Linda was a faithful member of St. Stephens AME Church in Elkridge, Maryland. She helped prepare delicious meals for her church family and for the community in the food ministry. Linda was a dedicated employee of the State of Maryland for over twenty five years. She held various positions at the National Security Agency (NSA), Maryland Correctional Facility, and most recently, Clifton T. Perkins Hospital. She was a loving, caring person who formed special friendships with many of her coworkers. To know her was to love her. God blessed Linda with a beautiful baby girl, Tawnya, on September 15, 1973. She was a dedicated mother, and Tawnya was truly the love of her life. Everyone looked forward to one of Linda's special dishes. She loved to cook and someone was always there waiting to eat. There was love in every recipe. She had a successful catering business and was always in high demand. Linda loved her family; immediate and extended. She travelled the United states with her mother Peggy, and would often take her daughter and grandchildren on road trips. Viewing Joseph H.
