Linda Michelle Thompson Mosley, born on May 9, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Walter Thompson and the late June Skipwith departed this life after a brief illness on June 22, 2015. Linda received her education in the Baltimore City School System, specializing in vocational training. She also attended and graduated from the Cosmetology School of Hair Design. While in high school, Linda met the love of her life, Warren Mosley and upon graduating she became a wife and mother. Linda was by no means just a wife and homemaker she was an extremely creative and talented person. Linda was a seamstress. She would take clothes that was considered old and clothes that would be thrown away and make new fashions out of them. As a young mother, Linda crochet and knitted hats and scarfs to earn extra money. Linda was also doing paper crafts at a time when it wasn't a popular pasttime, and the end results of her efforts were as good as, and in some cases, better than those of professionals. Linda also continue to use her skills as a hair dresser, specializing in braids. Linda was a sensitive soul, trusting a word from a friend without hesitation or thought. Unconditionally loving family and friends. Never seeing the bad in others, never lingering over wrong doing. She just move on and would say tomorrow is another day. Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Mosley; her mother, June Skipwith Logan; father, Walter Thompson and brother-in-law, James Brown. She leaves to mourn: her sons, Warren (Jr.) and Tyron Mosley; 7 grandchildren, Meshone McElevey, Jazzmyn Harris, Kevin Mosley, Jerimiah Mosley, Rayan Van- hoose, Jyre'l Mosley and Shavonte: Campbell; her sister, Melanie Brown (James); her brothers, Andre Lance and Anthony Walker; her uncle, William Skipwith (Dorette); one great aunt, Ethel Brown; two great uncles, William and David Hudson, other siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Linda was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Laura Skipwith, her uncles, George, James and Carroll Skipwith; one granddaughter, Shayla Mosley. Viewing Joseph H. Brown Jr. Funeral Home
