Linwood Earl Garrett was born on December 20, 1943, in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Martha Alexander and James Summers who preceded him in death. Linwood departed this life peacefully on May 18, 2021, after a brief illness. Linwood is survived by four sisters, Tona Coleman (Richard), Twana Anderson (Clayton), Noreasa Mayfield and Trellis Alexander, a devoted aunt, Lula Bell Garrett and an uncle, Joseph Garrett along with a host of other relatives and friends.
