., daughter of Henry and

Leola Washin;o~:~~rn on November 13t 1960 in Baltimore,

Md. She transitioned from this life to be with her Lord and Savior

on Thursday February 28t 2019 after a lengthy illness.

l.ishia, affectionately known as "Snake",

accepted Christ at an early age and received

her education from the Baltimore City Public

School system.

Lishia was employed as a cook at Faidley's.

She also worked as a caregiver at numerous

nursing facilities. Known for being the life of the

party she lived to dance and entertain those in her

company, and enjoyed spending Christmas at her dauqhters

home. Lishia knew her way around a kitchen well and had a

genuine talent for cooking. She enjoyed making Soulfood

for family & friends and loved listening to Old School music.

Very honest, she always spoke her mind, did things her waYt and in her time. Lishia was also very

loyal with a heart of gold and cared deeply for her sisters, brothers and those she loved.

Lishia will be forever remembered by her husband Anthony; their precious children, Eusandra

Nicolet Darnell, and Antwone; Dauqhter-in-law Kashiah Holden; Parents, Henry and Leola

Washington; two brothers, Henry Jr. and Alvin; five sisters, Janie, Jeanette, Sylvia, Henrietta; and

Cathleen; one brother-in-law, Anthony; Step-brother, Timothy; eight qrand-children, Damont Tahj,

Iylan, Nia, Darnell Jr. Maiya, Kaidan. and Antwone; a host of nieces, nephews aunts, uncles,

cousins, friends, and special thanks and gratitude to her careqiver, Latarsha Reid. Lishia is

preceded in death by her brother, Ernie.
