Lloyd Charles Savage Jr., (Skeeter) son of Lloyd Charles Savage Sr. and

Barbara E. Savage, was born on October 6, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Lloyd (Skeeter) attended Carver Vocational Technical High School. His trade

was dry cleaning.

Lloyd (Skeeter) had a love for drawing and cutting hair. Lloyd (Skeeter) was

known as The Walking Barber. Skeeter knew everybody and will truly be

missed.

Lloyd Skeeter leaves to cherish his memory: his father, Lloyd C. Savage Sr.; his

mother, Barbara E. Savage; his only sister, Kim Savage-Taylor (James L.

Taylor); his son, Lloyd C. Savage III; daughter, Asia R. Savage; three grand-

children, Chayse Savage, Kayden Winder and Amari Parsons; one niece, Ebone

Davis; great-niece, Kayden McCray and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and

long life friends.
