Lornden Rosebrough,
son of the late Sylvia and Reverend

Carolina. He departed this life on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.
Lornden received his education in the Winnsboro, S.C. Public School I
System.
He began work at The Gordon Box Company in Baltimore MD, where
he met and fell in love with the late Mildred Rosebrough. The two were
united in marriage August 4, 1951. From this union they were blessed
with 7 children. Prior to this union Lornden was blessed with 3 children ... )
Lornden joined the United States Army in 1951. He was honorably
discharged after serving 3 years.
Lornden held employment at American Standard for many years and
was self employed as a Carpenter until he became employed as a
Longshoreman for Steamship Trade Assn. where he retired. I
Bo, as he was affectionately known, was very talented with his hands.
He could build a house from the ground up. He was very creative; if he
could think it, he could and he did make it. In his later years, Bo was
very content sitting in his basement or in his gazebo (which he built)
watching westerns and comedies. His favorite western was Bonanza.
One of his favorite pastimes was playing Solitaire.
Bo was a very wise man and passed his wisdom on to many. He was
very direct and said just what he meant.
He was preceded in death by his youngest daughter Vanessa "Ness"
Rosebrough.
Lornden leaves to cherish his memories 9 children who admired and
adored him; Jerry Blackwell, Veleria Wilkins, Lorndean Dewayne
Rosebrough, Lawrence "Bubbles" Rosebrough, Kenneth Lamont
