LOUIS R. PARRIS, son of the late Clifford Rashpaul and Ena Parris-Martin was born on September 15, 945 in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago. He Ieparted this life on August 1, 2015 after a lengthy llness. He received his education in San Fernando Trinidad and Tobago where he attended Trade School. In the early 1970's came to the United States and stayed in New York for a while. In the late 1974's he came to Baltimore, Maryland where he stayed to work at Bethlehem Steel in 1975 and took early retirement in 2003. Lou made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. Lou loved to cook have his beer and watched CNN and sports. He was always a true friend and a devoted family man. He lives to mourn his lifelong companion Debra Alexander. Three sons Traon, Troy, Rasheem and Two daughters Ebony and Chelsea .. One daughter preceded him in death Lou-Ann. He also leaves two sisters Joanne, and Wendy. One brother Keith Parris and several grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
