Lucille Randall Richardson was born on December 23, 1923 in Prince Edward county Va. After a lelngthy illness, Lucille passed from this world eternal rest on Friday, October 14, 2011 at University of Maryland Hospital. At an early age Lucille moved to Baltimore, Md. where she resided until the time of her death. Lucille was employed by the Old Hutzler's Department Store in downtown Baltimore. Later she went on to work as a housekeeper. During that time she met the love of her life, Jerome Billy Richardson, Sr. Lucille married Billy on January 8, 1989. Lucille was a member of the Central Baptist Church under the late Montague J. Brackett and the late Lorenzo D. Long. She loved to attend church and Bible Study when she was able. She frequently expressed her love for God and her Pastor, Lorenzo D. Long. She loved family gatherings, traveling and eating dinner with the Johnson family on Sundays and most holidays. You'd ask her if she wanted some dinner and her reply was, "Now mt mother taught me so well to say no," and then she would eat all she could. Lucille loved her husband Billy dearly and deeply and he loved her so. they were more like friends and companions. She will be truly missed by all those who came in contact with her. She leaves to mourn; a devoted step-son and daughter-in-law Jerome and Emma, othr step children and a host of friends and other relatives.
