Lucy Bullock affectionately known as "Mother Ingram"
was born May 15, 1933 in Richmond, Virginia. She
peacefully departed this life on April 7, 2016 at Frederick
Villa Nursing Center. She was preceded in death by her
parents, Marie and Thomas Theodore Easter. She moved to
Baltimore, Maryland in 1950s. Mother Bullock was married
to the late retired veteran John Bullock and she leaves to
cherish her memory four children, Lonnie Easter, Thomas
Theodore Easter, Christine Easter, and Ricky Easter,
grandchildren, nephew Emmett Banks, and a host of
extended family and friends. Mother Bullock was a
committed housekeeper, working at the White Rice
Restaurant for 25 years and was the owner of a Bakery. She
dedicated her life to Christ joining the Tabernacle of God
Church under the leadership of the late Bishop Fred M.
Hucks for over 40 years. Mother Bullock was devoted to
her children, self-sufficient, loved the Lord and her church.
She spent her leisure time watching The Price Is Right, The
Steve Harvey Show and playing Bingo. Adorned in her
hats, she would tell the truth in the most straight forward,
but humorous fashion. She was known for speaking it just
as it was. Mother's presence was a blessing to us. She will
truly be missed. Viewing Joseph H. Brown Jr. Funeral Home
